Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated:
JMK Technologies is firmly committed to preventing spam. This policy explains the rules
that apply when you use PyUltra Bulk Mailer Pro (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws,
including (where applicable) the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, PECR, and any
similar regulations in your jurisdiction.
1. What We Mean by “Spam”
“Spam” means any email sent to a recipient who has not provided valid consent (opt-in) or who
would not reasonably expect to receive that email from you. This includes unsolicited bulk or
commercial messages, deceptive or misleading emails, and emails sent to purchased, rented, or
scraped lists.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Consent (Opt-in): Send emails only to recipients who have given verifiable permission to receive your messages.
- Identification: Clearly identify yourself as the sender and provide accurate “From,” “Reply-To,” subject, and routing information.
- Honest Content: No deceptive subjects or misleading claims. State promotional/transactional nature truthfully.
- Unsubscribe: Include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism in every bulk or marketing email, and honor opt-out requests within 10 business days (or earlier, if required by local law).
- List Hygiene: Do not email purchased, rented, or third-party lists. Remove hard bounces, repeated soft bounces, and invalid addresses promptly.
- Data Privacy: Handle personal data lawfully and securely. If you collect consent or other data, maintain records that demonstrate compliance.
- Lawful Use: Do not use the Service for harassment, fraud, illegal activities, or distribution of harmful content (malware, phishing, hate speech, or other prohibited material).
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email (“spam”).
- Using deceptive headers, subjects, or impersonation.
- Sending to purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested lists.
- Ommiting a functional unsubscribe/opt-out link in marketing messages.
- Continuing to email recipients who have unsubscribed or withdrawn consent.
- Sending harmful, illegal, or offensive content, including malware or phishing.
4. Unsubscribe Requirements
Every marketing email you send with the Service must contain a visible unsubscribe option that is
easy to use and remains operational for at least 30 days after the message is sent.
You must process unsubscribe requests promptly and ensure that opted-out recipients are not emailed again
for marketing purposes.
5. Deliverability & Technical Standards
- Authenticate your domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC where applicable) to improve deliverability and trust.
- Monitor bounce rates, spam complaints, and engagement; take corrective action if rates exceed acceptable thresholds.
- Use consistent sending identities and maintain a positive sender reputation.
Note: JMK Technologies cannot guarantee inbox placement. Deliverability depends on recipient servers,
your content, list quality, and sender reputation.
6. Monitoring & Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy. If we determine that you have violated these rules,
we may take appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspension,
or termination of access to the Service without refund. We may also cooperate with
ISPs, regulators, and other relevant parties where required by law.
7. Reporting Abuse
If you believe a user is sending spam via our Service, please report it to
info@jmktechnologies.co.in.
Include the full email headers and message content so we can investigate effectively.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with
an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance
of the revised policy.
